Brand assets, AI prompts, and workflow standards for creating on-brand materials with AI tools.
Follow these six steps every time you create content with an AI tool. The brand prompts — your most important tool — are in Section 02, immediately after this page.
Identify which brand applies to what you are creating. Use only that brand’s assets and prompt. Do not combine brands.
Go to library.newton.tech and navigate to the subfolder for your chosen brand. Download the brand guideline PDF, logo files, and PowerPoint template to your local machine.
Open Section 02 of this document. Find the prompt for your chosen brand and copy the entire block. Do not paste all three prompts at once. Use only the prompt for the brand you are creating for.
Before asking the AI to generate anything, upload or attach:
Paste the brand prompt first, then describe what you need. Examples:
Use the Brand Compliance Checklist (Section 09) to verify colors, fonts, logos, and layout before distributing or presenting any AI-generated asset. Send to Marketing (Laura McQuay and/or John Byford) for final review.
Three separate prompts — one per brand. Each prompt gives an AI tool the complete visual system for that brand only. Built from documented brand guidelines; no rules have been added, inferred, or invented.

AI tools are powerful — but they guess when they don't know. Without brand guidance, AI-generated content will invent colors, choose the wrong fonts, use off-brand layouts, and produce materials that look nothing like Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel.
This kit solves that. It provides everything an AI tool needs to generate on-brand content for Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel:
Logos, color values, typography specs, icon files, and templates — organized in a shared repository.
Explicit specifications extracted directly from the Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel brand guidelines — no assumptions, no invented rules.
A complete, structured brand prompt you can paste into any AI tool. Contains only what is documented in the brand guidelines.
Step-by-step instructions for common content types: presentations, dashboards, one-pagers, and training materials.
All brand assets live in the Newton Media Library, and must always be the source of truth. Do not rely on AI assumptions when brand assets are available.
| Folder | Contents | Use for |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Guidelines | Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel brand guide PDFs | Reference, upload to AI tools |
| Logos | PNG, EPS, and AI files for all three brands and colorways | Insert in presentations, attach to AI tools |
| Fonts | OTF/TTF files for Mohol Neurolens, IBM Plex, Romek Rounded, Dolph KOO, Styrene, Silka | Install on your machine before designing |
| Color Palettes | Hex, RGB, CMYK, and PMS values for all brands | Paste into AI prompts and design tools |
| Slide Templates | PowerPoint templates per brand | Start all presentations from these templates |
Click the SharePoint link above. Sign in with your Neurolens Microsoft account if prompted.
Navigate to the Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel subfolder for the content you are creating.
Download brand guide PDFs, logo files, and template files to your local machine before starting.
Upload files directly to your AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gamma) before asking it to generate content.
Instructions differ slightly by tool, but the core approach is the same: provide brand context before asking for output.
When providing brand context to an AI tool, organizing your files in this structure ensures the AI can find and reference assets correctly.
Follow these steps for each content type. AI performs significantly better when provided with approved examples and explicit brand context before generation begins.
Attach the relevant Brand Guidelines PDF to your AI tool.
Attach the brand-approved Template Deck from the repository.
Attach 1–2 Example Decks from Gold Standard Decks.
Paste the relevant brand prompt from Section 06 (Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel — use only one).
Generate draft content.
Review every slide against the Brand Compliance Checklist (Section 09).
Attach the relevant Brand Guidelines PDF.
Attach Dashboard Examples from the repository.
Paste the relevant brand prompt from Section 06 (Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel — use only one).
Generate draft layout or component structure.
Review against the Brand Compliance Checklist.
| Content Type | Attach from Repository | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Executive presentations | Brand guide PDF + executive deck example | Sets tone, density, and layout expectations |
| Sales decks | Brand guide PDF + sales deck example + logo files | Ensures correct brand application in customer-facing materials |
| Training materials | Brand guide PDF + training deck example | Maintains visual consistency in internal content |
| Dashboard UI | Brand guide PDF + dashboard screenshot examples | Provides layout reference for component placement |
| One-pagers | Brand guide PDF + approved one-pager example | Establishes correct proportion and hierarchy |
Review every AI-generated asset against this checklist before publishing or distributing. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a human before use.
