AI Creation Kit v1.0

Quick Start: How to Use This Kit

Follow these six steps every time you create content with an AI tool. The brand prompts — your most important tool — are in Section 02, immediately after this page.

Important: What This Toolkit Is — and Is Not
This toolkit helps AI tools use approved Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel assets. It is not intended to generate new brand assets.

AI must follow documented brand standards and approved assets only.

When in doubt:
  · Use an approved asset.
  · Ask for the missing asset.
  · Do not create a substitute.
1

Choose one brand

Identify which brand applies to what you are creating. Use only that brand’s assets and prompt. Do not combine brands.

Newton Neurolens Sequel
2

Open the Newton Media Library

Go to library.newton.tech and navigate to the subfolder for your chosen brand. Download the brand guideline PDF, logo files, and PowerPoint template to your local machine.

Important: Source of Truth
The Newton Media Library is the official source of truth for all brand assets, guidelines, templates, logos, imagery, and documentation.

To help teams get started more quickly, a curated Brand Asset Repository (June 2026) is also available, containing approved assets, templates, and fonts for Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel.

Download and install the appropriate brand fonts before creating content to ensure presentations, PDFs, dashboards, and marketing materials render correctly.
3

Copy only the prompt for that brand

Open Section 02 of this document. Find the prompt for your chosen brand and copy the entire block. Do not paste all three prompts at once. Use only the prompt for the brand you are creating for.

4

Attach the brand files to your AI tool

Before asking the AI to generate anything, upload or attach:

  • Brand guideline PDF
  • Logo files (correct brand and colorway)
  • PowerPoint template
  • Gold-standard example decks, if available
5

Ask the AI to create the asset

Paste the brand prompt first, then describe what you need. Examples:

  • Executive or sales deck
  • Dashboard layout
  • One-pager or leave-behind
  • Sales enablement content
  • Social media post
6

Review against the checklist before sharing

Use the Brand Compliance Checklist (Section 09) to verify colors, fonts, logos, and layout before distributing or presenting any AI-generated asset. Send to Marketing (Laura McQuay and/or John Byford) for final review.

The brand prompts are in Section 02 →
Turn to the next section to copy the Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel brand prompt for your AI tool.

Copy/Paste Brand Prompts

Three separate prompts — one per brand. Each prompt gives an AI tool the complete visual system for that brand only. Built from documented brand guidelines; no rules have been added, inferred, or invented.

Choose One Brand Before Generating
Before using AI to create a deck, dashboard, one-pager, social post, or enablement asset, choose the single brand system that applies. Do not paste all three prompts at once. Use only the prompt for the brand you are creating for.

If the asset is co-branded, explicitly define the brand hierarchy before prompting the AI.
How to use each prompt
Select all text in the relevant block below → Copy → Paste into your AI tool's system instructions or first message. The AI will attempt to access the listed library links. Some links may require SSO login (Microsoft / Azure AD) today but may become publicly accessible over time. If the AI cannot access a link, it will ask you to upload the file directly — do not allow it to invent brand rules.

Why This Exists

AI tools are powerful — but they guess when they don't know. Without brand guidance, AI-generated content will invent colors, choose the wrong fonts, use off-brand layouts, and produce materials that look nothing like Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel.

The problem with unguided AI content
When AI tools generate presentations, dashboards, one-pagers, or marketing materials without brand context, they default to generic styles. The result is inconsistent, unprofessional output that does not represent our brands.

This kit solves that. It provides everything an AI tool needs to generate on-brand content for Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel:

1

Brand assets

Logos, color values, typography specs, icon files, and templates — organized in a shared repository.

2

Design standards

Explicit specifications extracted directly from the Newton, Neurolens, and Sequel brand guidelines — no assumptions, no invented rules.

3

AI-ready prompts

A complete, structured brand prompt you can paste into any AI tool. Contains only what is documented in the brand guidelines.

4

Workflow checklists

Step-by-step instructions for common content types: presentations, dashboards, one-pagers, and training materials.

Use this kit before you start
Open this document, access the Brand Asset Repository, paste the AI Brand Prompt, and follow the workflow for your content type. AI performs significantly better when given the correct brand context upfront.

Brand Asset Repository

All brand assets live in the Newton Media Library, and must always be the source of truth. Do not rely on AI assumptions when brand assets are available.

How to access and use assets

1

Open the repository

Click the SharePoint link above. Sign in with your Neurolens Microsoft account if prompted.

2

Identify the relevant brand

Navigate to the Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel subfolder for the content you are creating.

3

Download the assets you need

Download brand guide PDFs, logo files, and template files to your local machine before starting.

4

Provide assets to your AI tool

Upload files directly to your AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gamma) before asking it to generate content.

Source of truth rule
If a brand asset exists in the repository, the repository is correct. Do not allow AI tools to invent alternatives. If an AI tool produces colors, logos, or fonts that do not match the repository, correct it before proceeding.

How to Use With AI Tools

Instructions differ slightly by tool, but the core approach is the same: provide brand context before asking for output.

"Use the provided Brand Asset Repository as the sole source of truth for colors, typography, logos, layouts, and design standards. Do not invent brand rules that are not explicitly documented."
— Recommended instruction to provide to all AI tools before generating content
Cursor / Claude Code
  1. Open your project in Cursor.
  2. Paste the relevant brand prompt from Section 06 (Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel — use only one) into the chat or system instructions.
  3. Reference the Brand Asset Repository SharePoint link in your prompt.
  4. Upload relevant brand guide PDFs or logo files as file attachments.
  5. Instruct the AI to follow only the documented brand rules and use "NOT SPECIFIED" for anything absent from the guidelines.
  6. Generate content, then review against the Brand Compliance Checklist (Section 09).
ChatGPT (GPT-4o / GPT-5)
  1. Open a new ChatGPT conversation or Custom GPT.
  2. Paste the relevant brand prompt from Section 06 (Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel — use only one) as the first message, or add it to the Custom GPT system instructions.
  3. Upload the relevant brand guide PDF and any logo or template files using the paperclip attachment icon.
  4. Provide at least one approved example deck or asset from the repository as a reference file.
  5. Ask ChatGPT to generate content. If it deviates from the brand, cite the specific rule from the brand guide and ask it to correct.
Gamma
  1. Create a new presentation in Gamma.
  2. In the AI generation prompt field, paste the Typography and Color sections from the relevant brand prompt from Section 06 (Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel — use only one).
  3. Select the closest available theme to your brand's color palette and then customize hex values to match exactly.
  4. After generation, manually verify all fonts, colors, and logos against the Brand Asset Repository.
  5. Note: Gamma cannot directly read uploaded brand guide PDFs in the same way as ChatGPT. Manual correction after generation is expected.
Canva AI
  1. Set up a Canva Brand Kit with your brand's exact colors (from the Color Palettes folder) and upload logo files from the Logos folder.
  2. Upload your fonts from the Fonts folder in the repository to Canva's Brand Kit.
  3. When using Magic Write or any AI generation feature, reference the Brand Kit and paste key brand instructions from Section 06.
  4. Always start from an existing brand-approved template rather than a blank canvas.
  5. Review all outputs against the Brand Compliance Checklist before publishing.
PowerPoint Copilot
  1. Begin with the brand-approved PowerPoint template from the Slide Templates folder in the repository.
  2. Open the Copilot sidebar and paste the Typography and Color sections from the relevant brand prompt from Section 06 (Newton, Neurolens, or Sequel — use only one) as context.
  3. Instruct Copilot: "Use the colors and fonts defined in this template. Do not apply any themes or styles not already present in this file."
  4. Generate individual slides or sections, not the entire presentation at once — this gives you more control.
  5. Verify each generated slide against the brand template before final export.

AI-Ready Folder Structure

When providing brand context to an AI tool, organizing your files in this structure ensures the AI can find and reference assets correctly.

Pro tip: Download before your session
Download the relevant brand guide PDF, one logo file, and one approved example deck before opening your AI tool. Having these files on your machine makes it faster to upload them as context at the start of each session.
